Delivery Charges
Regardless of your chosen payment method at checkout, including Cash on Delivery (COD), delivery charges must be paid in advance. This ensures prompt processing and dispatch of your order.
For items with free delivery, a small upfront payment is required to prevent fraudulent orders.
Payment Procedure
- Order Placement: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the items purchased and the total cost, including delivery charges.
- Invoice and Payment Request: You will receive an invoice via email and WhatsApp, along with a physical copy in your package. For delivery charges, we will send a payment request through your chosen method (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer).
- Advance Payment: Complete the payment for delivery charges in advance. Payment details will be provided in the invoice and payment request.
- Order Dispatch: Once the advance payment for delivery charges is received, we will process and dispatch your order. For COD orders, the remaining balance will be collected upon delivery.
- Final Payment and Delivery: For COD, please have the exact amount ready to hand over to the delivery agent. For online debit or credit card payments, transactions should be completed before dispatch.
Invoicing
- Digital Invoice: Accessible in the ‘My Account’ section and sent via email and WhatsApp after order confirmation and advance payment of delivery charges.
- Physical Invoice: Included in your package.
Security and Privacy
- Secure Transactions: All payments are processed through secure channels to protect your personal and financial information.

Loyalty Program
Our loyalty program offers exclusive discounts, redeemable at checkout. A minimum order of 1,000 PKR is required to redeem points, with a maximum redemption limit of 500 points per order.
We reserve the right to revoke points or deny redemption in cases of suspicious activity.
