Delivery Charges
Advance Payment for Delivery Charges: Regardless of the payment method chosen at checkout, including Cash on Delivery (COD), we require the delivery charges to be paid in advance. This ensures prompt processing and dispatch of your order.
Free Delivery Items: For items with free delivery, a small percentage of the order value is required in advance to prevent fake orders.
Payment Procedure
1. Order Placement: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the items purchased and the total cost, including delivery charges.
2. Invoice and Payment Request: An invoice will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp, and a physical copy will be included in the package. For delivery charges, we will send a payment request through your chosen method (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer).
3. Advance Payment: Complete the payment for delivery charges in advance. Payment details will be provided in the invoice and payment request.
4. Order Dispatch: Once the advance payment for delivery charges is received, we will process and dispatch your order. For COD orders, the remaining balance will be collected upon delivery.
5. Final Payment and Delivery: For COD, please have the exact amount ready to hand over to the delivery agent. For online debit or credit card payments, transactions should be completed before dispatch.
Invoicing
Digital Invoice: Available in your My Account section and sent via email and WhatsApp after order confirmation and payment for delivery charges.
Physical Invoice: Included in your package.
Security and Privacy
Secure Transactions: All payments are processed through secure channels to protect your personal and financial information.
Privacy: Your personal information is used solely for order processing and delivery purposes. We do not share your information with third parties for any other purpose.
Loyalty Program
Our loyalty program rewards you with gracious discounts which can be redeemed at the cart and checkout page. For redemption Minimum order of 1000/- PKR is required to use points, and a maximum of 500 points can be redeemed per order. We reserve the right to discard points or discredit redemption in case of unusual activity.
