Authorized Purchases

All our products are either self-imported or sourced directly from the company or official distributors. We ensure that these products are purchased at the best rates, are 100% genuine, and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

Comprehensive Product Inspection

We thoroughly inspect each product for any dents, scratches, or manufacturing faults. We also check all accessories to ensure they are present and in working order. This includes testing electronic components to verify they meet performance standards and do not contain any faults or issues.

Video Verification

For transparency and to build trust, we create a video of each product before it is shipped to the customer. This video includes a thorough inspection of the product’s condition and functionality.

Warranty Card Completion

For products that include a warranty card, we fill out and verify the warranty information before shipping to ensure your warranty is valid and ready for use.

Extra Packing with Fragile Sticker

To ensure maximum protection during transit, we use double-layer packing for all products. This additional layer helps prevent any damage that could occur during shipping. We also provide bubble sheet wrapping for fragile items and clearly mark them with a “Fragile” sticker to ensure safe handling during transit. Additional packing options, such as gift wrapping, are available upon request for a small extra cost.

Reliable Courier Selection

We carefully select the most reliable and fastest delivery partners based on your location to ensure timely and secure delivery. Since delivery partners have area restrictions, we choose a courier company that can deliver your product as quickly as possible while ensuring no damage.

Detailed Handling Instructions

Specific handling instructions, including any special requirements or receiving instructions, are communicated to our courier partners to ensure the safe delivery of delicate and valuable items. Additional notes and receipts are also attached to the packaging for further clarity.

QC Guidelines by Category

Based on the product category, we may adjust the quality assurance process.

Sealed Box Pack Products (e.g., Mobile Phones)

These products are sold in their original, sealed packaging. We do not open these products but ensure that the packaging is in perfect condition and provide a video of the sealed box.

Sealed Products with No Warranty Claim in Pakistan (e.g., Laptops)

Laptops are either sent as sealed or unsealed, depending on customer preference. If the customer consents, we break the seal and inspect the laptop before shipping, as its warranty centers are not in Pakistan. In cases where we break the seal, we send a video of the process to the customer, ensuring transparency. The video includes a check of all components, accessories, and the overall functionality of the laptop.

Large Physical Products (e.g., AC, Washing Machines, Air Coolers)

These products are opened, and their warranty cards are filled out before shipping.

For washing machines and air coolers, we perform a single operational spin to ensure they are functional.
For refrigerators and water dispensers, we run them for 15-20 minutes to ensure the compressor is working.
For products requiring installation (e.g., air conditioners), we do not perform an operational test but ensure all components are present and undamaged.
For each product, we create a video showcasing its condition, components, and functionality.

Imported Products

All imported products are opened and fully operated to ensure they are in working condition. As these products come with a check warranty provided by us, we ensure they are fully functional before shipping. This includes a complete operational test to check for any defects or issues.

Customer Assurance

Our QA/QC processes are designed to provide our customers with peace of mind, knowing they are receiving original products with complete accessories. Our unboxing videos serve as proof that you are the first owner of the product. The warranty card verifies the authenticity of the product.
