Return & Refund Policy

Shopping Jin offers Islamically compliant Replacement, Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation Policies. We strongly believe that nothing builds customer trust better than a clear and fair return & refund policy.

Disclaimer: Products that come with a brand warranty must be claimed directly with the manufacturer. You cannot return those items if their warranty card has been punched.

Replacement Policy

If your product is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Has missing items
  • Received as an incorrect or wrong item

Then you are entitled to a replacement or compensation with an apology note. You can contact us within 7 days of delivery (e.g., if an item was delivered on 1st December, then it is only entitled to be replaced till 8th December). Please provide the order number, delivery address, and appropriate proof.

Once we have approved your replacement request, please send back the goods. It normally takes 2-4 days for the product to reach back to us. Refund requests will not be processed if the item is damaged due to misuse, has been used, or if an electrical appliance is burnt due to an electrical fault on your end.

If the package has something missing or a specific part is broken, let us know. We will send the part to be replaced or will send the missing part. Compensation will not be provided if proper proof of the missing part is not available.

NOTE: Products that come with warranty cards are to be claimed by the company in case you are facing defects in the product.

Return Policy

We follow an Islamic-compliant return policy. You have 30 days to return the item if it is in its original condition (unused, unworn, original packaging, seals, scratch-less, and tags attached), along with all the accessories, manuals, and warranty card that came with it.

All items sent for return first go through quality check to ensure they are returned in the original condition. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Note: Defective items are replaced or claimed under warranty and cannot be returned. The customer will be responsible for delivery charges.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and verified by our QA/QC department, you will be eligible for a refund.

Note: Delivery charges cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

You hold the right to cancel your order any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. If you cancel before dispatch, we will reimburse the full delivery charges, provided the product has not been packed or wrapped.

If the product is already packed or wrapped, a small deduction may apply to cover the packaging costs.

Note: If the warranty card is punched, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Once we receive the product, we process your refund within 5 working days. The time may vary depending on your refund method (Store Credit, Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, or credit card reversal).

If your return request is not approved, we will inform you with valid reasons and live proof over a call. Afterwards, your product will be sent back to you.

Are delivery charges refundable?

No, delivery charges are non-refundable as they are collected and kept as service charges by our delivery partners.
