Shopping Jin offers Islamic compliant Replace, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policies. We strongly believes that nothing helps best to win the trust of customer than a gracious return & refund policy. 

DISCLAIMER: Products that comes with brand warranty, are to be claimed with manufacturer. You can’t return those item cuz their warranty card is punched

 

Replacement Policy

If your product is

  • Damaged
  • Defective 
  • Have missing item 
  • Received incorrect or wrong item

Then you are entitled for replacement/compensation with a apology note. You can contact us within 7 days of delivery i.e. if an item was delivered on 1st December, then its only entitled to be replaced till 8th December. Please provide order no (if possible) , delivery address and appropriate proof.

Once we have approved your replacement request, please send back the goods. It normally takes 2-4 days for the product to reach back to us. Please note that refund request will not be processed if the item get broken by you, it is used by you, if electric appliance is burnt due to your electric fault.

If package has something missing or some specific part is broken, let us know. We will send the part to be replaced or will send the missing part. We won’t compensate if proper proof of missing part can’t be provided. 

NOTE: Products which comes with warranty cards are to be claimed by the company in case you are facing some defects in the product. 

 

Return Policy

We follow Islamic return policy. You have 30 days time to return us back the item only if item is in its original form (unused, unworn, original packaging, seals, scratch less and tags attached), along with all the accessories, manuals, and warranty card that came with it.
 
All items sent for return first go through quality check to ensure they are returned in the original condition. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Note: Please note that item a defected item is replaced or claimed via warranty not returned and customer would be paying for the delivery charges & we won’t be able to return that item. 

Exchange Policy

Once the item is returned, receive and have been verified by our QA/QC department, then you are entitled for the exchange. 
 
Note: Delivery charges are not transferable. For exchange you would be bearing new delivery charges too. Products with punched warranty card won’t be exchanged.

Refund Policy

Once the item is returned, receive and have been verified by our QA/QC department, then you are entitled for the refund. 
 
Note: Delivery charges are not refundable.

 

Cancel Policy:

You hold right to cancel your order any time before your order is dispatched from our warehouse. In case of cancellation before dispatch we would reimbursed the complete delivery charges, provided that we haven’t packed, or wrapped the product. In case product is wrapped or packed, minimal deduction would occur on delivery charges to recover the costing of extra packaging or wrapping. 

Note: If warranty card is punched we won’t be able to cancel the order.

How to initiate a return request with shopping jin?

You can initiate a return request by calling our helpline or contacting us on WhatsApp at 0311 0412804. Our customer support team will ask required question and would guide you about the return procedure.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we have received the product, we process you refund within 5 working days, Please note that time can prolong depending on the mode with which you want refund (Store Credit, easy paisa, jazz cash, back transfer or credit card reversal).  

What happens if my return request is rejected?

If you return request is not approved we will inform you about the reason on call with live proof and issues. Afterwards, your product will be sent back to you.

Are delivery charges refundable?

No, delivery charges are solely bore by the customer. We don’t refund or let you reclaim delivery charges in any sense. DC is collected and kept as service charges by our delivery partners.
