terms of use
These Terms of Sale outline the conditions under which products are supplied to you as a buyer on Shopping Jin. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order via the Site. By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale immediately.
Order Acceptance
Supplier
Shopping Jin is the seller of each product in your order.
Order Acceptance
Our acceptance of your order will occur when we notify you via call or in writing (e.g., by email or mobile message). If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you in writing or via call and will not charge you for the product.
Payment
By placing an order, you authorize Shopping Jin and its payment processing partners (such as your bank) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount. We accept payment via:
- Credit/debit card
- Direct bank transfer to our account
- EasyPaisa account
- Any EasyPaisa shop
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (available for orders up to a maximum of 300,000 PKR)
We may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Order Cancellation
By the Buyer:
You may cancel your order at any time before shipping for any reason.
By Shopping Jin:
We reserve the right to cancel your order(s) if:
- You fail to make the required payment.
- You do not provide necessary information for order processing within a reasonable time.
- You fail to confirm your order via email or phone.
- You repeatedly place multiple orders without paying for previous ones (as outlined in Clause 2.8 below).
Multiple Purchasing
We reserve the right to reject orders at our sole discretion if we detect repeated purchases of similar products without completing payment for previous orders.
Delivery Of Your Order
- Delivery Costs: The shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before placing an order.
- Delivery Date: The estimated delivery time will be communicated via phone call or message.
- Delivery Delays: Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If a delay occurs, we will promptly notify you.
- ID Requirement Upon Delivery: We may request identification or payment verification at our discretion to confirm your order. If we are unable to authenticate the provided information, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refuse delivery.
- Ownership of Products: Ownership and responsibility for the product transfer to you upon successful delivery and full payment.

Refund Eligibility
We strive to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear refund and return process to address your concerns. Please review our Return Policy for complete details on eligibility and procedures.
For delivered products, a refund will be provided in the following cases:
- If the product is damaged or not as described on our Site.
- If the return is due to a pricing error, incorrect product description, or delayed delivery caused by our Site.
- The product is unused, with all original accessories intact, and free from any external damage or tampering.
For undelivered products, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the order before shipping, as per Clause 2.6.
Refund Procedure
Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be transferred to your bank account.
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be credited back to your card.
- EasyPaisa: Refunds will be processed via EasyPaisa or transferred to your bank account.
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned product is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, the refund will be processed within the following timeframes:
- Credit/Debit Card: Within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
- Cash on Delivery: Refund will be processed immediately after inspection.
- Cancellations (before shipping): An automated refund will be issued.
Defect Or Damage To Your Product
Warranty: Visit our Warranty Policy page for more info. Not all products have the same warranty; always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.
Authorized Service Centres: Authorized service centers will carry out warranty repairs. In such instances, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more details.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms of Sale shall limit or exclude a party’s liability:
- For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation committed by that party;
- For death or personal injury caused by the negligence of that party;
- For any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
Subject to clause 7.1, in no event will we be liable, whether based on an action or claim in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise arising out of or in relation to these Terms of Sale for loss of profits, data, or information; business interruption; or any other financial loss, including special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—even if we (or our affiliates, directors, officers, agents, employees, or licensors) were informed of such risks.
In addition, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable, and you agree not to hold us responsible for any damages or losses resulting directly or indirectly from:
- Any damages resulting from unauthorized repairs to the product;
- Loss of any saved/stored data in products that are either repaired or replaced;
- Reliance by you on the content or other information provided on the Site concerning the product you order;
- Your use of or your inability to use the ordered product;
- Delays or disruptions to our Site or our services;
- Damage to your hardware device from the use of your ordered product; or
- Your loss of or inability to conduct business due to our failure to deliver the product to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any losses, damages, and expenses (including legal fees and attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Any claims or demands made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site and our services;
- Your violation of any provisions of these Terms of Sale; or
- Your violation of any applicable laws.
General
Governing Law: These Terms of Sale and any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes, controversies, or differences arising out of the implementation, interpretation, or performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration by a single arbitrator, appointed under the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained, has experience in the information technology field, and is independent of either party. The venue of the arbitration shall be Peshawar. The language used in the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction and enforced by the Arbitration Act 1995 Chapter No. 4. Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights and confidential information in competent courts. All consumer cases will be dealt with in Peshawar Consumer Court.
Third-Party Rights: A person who is not a party to these Terms of Sale has no right to enforce any of its terms.
Relationship of the Parties: Nothing contained in these Terms of Sale will be deemed or construed by the parties or any third party to create the relationship of partnership or joint venture between the parties. It is understood that the parties will at all times remain independent parties contracting for services.
