Kemei Warranty Policy – Shopping Jin

At Shopping Jin, we ensure that all Kemei products come with official warranty support. If you experience any issues with your Kemei product, our support team will assist you in claiming the warranty as per Kemei’s official terms and conditions.

Kemei Warranty Coverage

All Kemei products come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, if your product encounters any defects due to manufacturing faults, it will be repaired and returned to you. Kemei does not offer product replacements under warranty.

Warranty Limitations

  • Accessories such as line cords, receiver cords, batteries, blades, combs, chargers, and other attachments are not covered under warranty.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or external factors cannot be claimed under warranty.
  • Warranty is only applicable if the original sales receipt and warranty card are provided.
  • If the product is not received within 15 days of order placement, the warranty claim will not be entertained.
  • Warranty becomes void if the warranty seal is removed, torn, or tampered with.
  • The warranty claim period is strictly 6 months from the purchase date, and claims beyond this period will not be accepted.

How to Claim Kemei Warranty Through Shopping Jin?

If you need to claim a warranty for your Kemei product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Support Team – Reach out to our customer support team via our website or helpline and describe the issue.
  2. Provide Proof of Purchase – Ensure you have the original purchase receipt and warranty card.
  3. Product Inspection – Our team will examine the claim and verify if it falls under Kemei’s warranty terms.
  4. Processing the Claim – If the claim is valid, we will forward your application to Kemei’s official service center.
  5. Repair & Return – Kemei will repair the product and return it to you. Replacements are not provided under warranty.

Important Notes

  • If the warranty claim is rejected due to non-compliance with the above conditions, the customer will be responsible for any applicable return charges.
  • Warranty claims must be made within the valid 6-month period.
  • To ensure smooth processing, keep your warranty card and invoice safe.
