Warranty Claim Procedure

- Authorized Retailers: Products purchased from Shoppingjin are eligible for direct warranty claims. If bought from other sellers, customers must contact the respective retailer.
- Assessment by Technicians: All warranty claims are subject to a thorough inspection by certified technicians to determine the nature of the defect.
- Service Center Transport: Customers may need to bear the cost of transporting the product to and from the authorized service center.
- Component Replacement Timeline: Depending on location and part availability, component replacement typically takes 5-7 working days once the product reaches the service center.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty will be void in the following situations:
- If the product is repaired by an unauthorized service center.
- If there is physical damage due to mishandling, misuse, fire, or external impact.
- If the product has water or liquid damage.
- If the serial number is tampered with or removed.
- If the damage is due to voltage fluctuations or an unsuitable power supply.
