Panasonic Warranty Policy – Coverage, Terms, and Service Guide

Warranty Terms & Conditions

To claim warranty service, customers must present a properly completed warranty card along with proof of purchase (original invoice including dealer name, model number, serial number, and purchase date). The details on the warranty card must match the invoice.

Warranty Period

The standard warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.

Covered Panasonic Products

The following consumer products are covered under this warranty:

  • Home Entertainment: LED/LCD TVs, DVD/Blu-ray players, music systems, portable audio players.
  • Home Appliances: Air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, vacuum cleaners, microwave ovens, food processors, juicers, blenders, mixers, electric irons, rice cookers.
  • Personal Care: Shavers, epilators, trimmers, hair dryers, and stylers.
  • Cameras: Movie & still cameras.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Spare parts replacement
  • Labor charges for repairs

Exclusions & Limitations

This is a carry-in warranty, meaning customers must bring their products to an authorized Panasonic Service Center for repairs. Transportation costs to and from the service center are not covered.

The warranty will be void under the following conditions:

  • Accidental damage, power fluctuations, natural disasters, or misuse.
  • Repairs attempted by unauthorized personnel or modifications.
  • Altered, removed, or mismatched serial numbers on the product or warranty card.
  • Missing original purchase invoice and warranty card at the time of service request.

Additionally, the warranty does not cover:

  • Accessories (batteries, adapters, remote controllers, carry cases).
  • Buttons, cosmetic parts (front/rear panels, name badges, handles, covers).
  • Installation, product demonstration, or routine maintenance.
