How to Claim Warranty?

To ensure a smooth warranty claim process, follow these steps:

  2. Issue Examination: Our team will analyze the issue and guide you on the necessary steps. Based on the nature of the problem, we will determine whether a repair, replacement, or further inspection is required.
  3. Obtain RMA Number: If a return is necessary, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for processing.
  4. Product Shipment: Securely pack the product, mention the RMA number on the shipping label, and send it to the designated service center.
  5. Resolution: Once inspected, we will process a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the warranty terms.
